Working in the construction materials industry since 1978, Michael started his career driving a truck for a family owned aggregate, asphalt, concrete and construction company in northern Colorado.  From truck driver to company president/CEO, Michael has served in a multitude of positions and responsibilities in sales, operations, technical and senior management. For over 30 years Michael has been in the construction materials industry in Colorado, Wyoming, Missouri, New Mexico and New York and employed by a variety of global companies.

Currently Michael is the President/CEO of a young, privately held company, Front Range Aggregates. Purchased in 2003, Front Range Aggregates is the only company in Colorado currently shipping the majority of its product by rail.  In tandem with its sister company Rock and Rail Railroad, Front Range Aggregates ships from its rail served quarry just west of Canon City, Colorado to locations along the Colorado Front Range as well as destinations in Kansas and points east.

Michael is a Foundation Board member of the Society of Metallurgical Mining and Exploration. He also serves as the Vice President of the Colorado Stone Sand and Gravel Association.  Michael previously served as Chairman of the National Stone Sand and Gravel Association’s Operation Division and Foundation Board member of the New Mexico Museum of Natural History.

Jeremy Schossow has spent his career in sales and marketing since graduating from Whitworth University in 1998. In 2003, Jeremy began his career in the construction materials industry and joined CEMEX as an aggregate and asphalt Territory Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the next 9 years he worked in a variety of capacities with reputable companies such as Kiewit and Lafarge. As a native of Colorado, in 2010 Jeremy joined Front Range Aggregates as the Aggregate Sales Manager.

From developing and managing dispatch modules and sales strategies, Jeremy has a clear understanding of what contractors need and the impact delivering an on time and in specification product. His experience in ready mix, asphalt, aggregate, and landscape materials provides our customers the confidence they need in a material supplier to bid and complete projects.
